Expedition Lodge at Kirkwood, the resort’s first and one of only three Private Residence Clubs to be developed at California winter resorts in the next several years, will set a new standard of luxury, amenities and service in second home ownership within the Kirkwood valley.
Expedition Lodge will be ideally located in the Mountain Village, with the project’s three phases completing the pedestrian plaza and commercial core. The building will be of the highest quality inside and out, featuring extensive use of rock and heavy timbers to create a classic high alpine lodge look and feel. Finishes will be of the highest quality to date.
Residence size in Expedition Lodge will be the largest available in Kirkwood, with three and four bedroom homes ranging from just over 2,000 square feet to just under 3,000.
Amenities in Expedition Lodge will be first class, as will service levels. The fitness center will feature state-of-the-art cardio and lifting machines, the outdoor spas large enough to accommodate several friend and family members.
