Frank Whatford is a 20 year Kirkwood resident, 14 year west side homeowner, and a proud 27 year season ski pass holder. Since starting Whatford Construction in 1991, Frank has ten plus homes completed, numerous remodels, (including an extensive remodel on his own west meadows home), and established himself as one of the valley’s respected residential builders. He still enjoys all the recreational “fun hog” stuff that originally attracted him to Kirkwood—skiing, (alpine, telemark, cross country, and backcountry), mountain biking, hiking, river rafting, and ice skating the local lakes. Frank’s wife, Lisa, is involved with working and training search and rescue dogs and works actively with the ski patrol’s avalanche dog program.
